The agricultural film, geomembrane film blowing line is used for making three layer co-extrusion wide film like three-layer compound plastic shed film, functional film, impermeable geomembrane, etc. Out of LLDPE, LDPE, EVA, MPE and HDPE materials. It is composed of three extruders, columnar filter screen, three-layer compound die, twin-tuyere air ring, hauling machine, coiling machine, temperature and electrical control system, etc.
1. Equipped with special spiral die, or pot die head, the agricultural film, geomembrane film blowing line (three layer co-extrusion wide film) can both produce plastic shed film, and geomembrane.
2. The film produced by our agricultural film, geomembrane film blowing line share the merits of distinct film layer, high plasticization, and high strength. The plastic shed film made by us has the functions of being anti-ageing, fogdrop-free, warm keeping, and capable of transmitting light. The geomembrane features good barrier performance and high adhesion.
3. We adopt columnar filter screen for our agricultural film, geomembrane film blowing line (three layer co-extrusion wide film), which needs less frequent changing.
4. IBC (internal bubble cooling) control system and dual-slip air ring are employed to facilitate controlling of air flow and enhancing cooling effect.
5. The variable frequency motor control, together with pneumatic fastening device, ensures synchronous control of hauling and coiling machine.
6. The coiling machine makes use of two-station central winding technique, and can work with a folding machine.
7. Our three layer co-extrusion wide film blowing line boasts compact structure, stable performance, high production efficiency, and saves energy consumption by 10%-25% compared with similar products.
