GY-1200multi-functional automatic non-woven bag machine, which effective combined with automatic control system and ultrasonic bonding technology, explores a new non-woven bags production process.
The device, using the non-woven fabrics as raw material, can process a variety of different specifications, different shapes of non-woven bags, such as gift bags, handbags, pockets bag, stereo bag, square bottom bag, vest bag, lacing shoe bag, etc, thus has the advantage of multi-usage.

1. Bag making speed: Pockets bag: 80 PCS/min, square bottom bag: 70 PCS/min, lacing shoe bag: 100 PCS/min.
2. The head of sewing adopts four ultrasonic, the whole machine adopts eight ultrasonic.
3. As the head ultrasound is of high power, so bags with different lengths can choose to close or open a few of ultrasound, as well as conducive to the maintenance and energy-saving of ultrasonic power.
4. Ultrasonic welding part is of small noise, no damage to the operator.
5. Installation length is about 9 meters.
6. Machine delivered to the customer's factory, simply connect the machine and then finished bags come out after 1-2 hours, fast time, less waste and high efficiency.
